Only the moon listens to my story silently
In dark times, It comforts me
in its cocooned blanket
It whispers to me,
"Come to me dear
I shall protect you
When the demons come
I shall fight for you
When the twilight sets in
I shall wander
And when you blunder
I shall forgive you."
But my cursed heart
Does not yearn for this, For a world where all is forbidden
Where all is forgiven
And forgotten
It desires adventure
An incredible journey
With darkness
With pain
With passion
And tort.
My stubborn heart
Oh, Heart o' mine
How I wish
I could claim
Everything I ever craved
But soon I realised
That
It is not a crime
To love what you cannot explain...

Awwww thank you!!
Amazing poem!!! I love the way you described the scenery through colourful and deep personifications and metaphors ;) Keep writing like this and let your thoughts shine!!
